At US Novelty, we're committed to getting your party supplies delivered quickly and affordably so you can focus on celebrating.

Order Processing

All orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Express Shipping orders placed by 1:59 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays.

Express orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day and ship once processing is complete.

Once an order is submitted, it is quickly sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Free Shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more qualify for Free Shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Some oversized, heavy, or specialty items are not eligible for Free Shipping and will incur shipping charges.

The free shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other fees.

Qualifying orders ship using our Budget Shipping service with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days after shipment.

Which carriers do you use?

US Novelty ships using a variety of trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on the destination, package size, and service level chosen at checkout.

Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. While we process and ship orders according to the selected shipping method, carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, transportation issues, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.

If your order is needed for a specific event, we recommend ordering several days in advance whenever possible to allow for unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

While most packages arrive within the estimated transit time, occasional delays can occur due to weather, transportation issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should a carrier delay occur.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes using eligible carrier services. Delivery times to PO Boxes may vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes. We proudly ship to APO and FPO military addresses. Delivery times for military mail can vary and may take longer than standard domestic deliveries.

Do You Ship to Puerto Rico?

Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico and all 50 U.S. states.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, US Novelty does not offer international shipping outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized, heavy, or restricted items may require special shipping methods or may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page.
