Order Processing
Orders placed by 1:59 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day and ship once processing is complete.
Once an order is submitted, it is quickly sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more qualify for Free Shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other fees.
Free Shipping orders are shipped using our Budget Shipping service and typically arrive within 4–6 business days after shipment.

Which carriers do you use?
US Novelty ships using a variety of trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment is selected based on the destination, package size, and service level chosen at checkout.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are based on carrier transit times and may vary after shipment. Processing time is not included in estimated transit times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, peak holiday seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes using eligible carrier services. Delivery times to PO Boxes may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes. We proudly ship to APO and FPO military addresses. Delivery times for military mail can vary and may take longer than standard domestic deliveries.
Do You Ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico and all 50 U.S. states.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, US Novelty does not offer international shipping outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain oversized, heavy, or restricted items may require special shipping methods or may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page.
