Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account, open the order you would like to return, and click Return items. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A $9.99 return shipping fee applies to returns that are not due to an error on our part and will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, the $9.99 return shipping fee will be waived. Please note that the $9.99 fee may initially appear when you submit your return request. Once we review the request and confirm the issue was our error, we will remove the fee before approving your return.

Seasonal/holiday product is not returnable after the holiday.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, select the appropriate reason when submitting your return request so we can review the issue and make it right. Returns due to our error will not be charged the $9.99 return shipping fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

For standard returns, the $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping fee will be waived and any original shipping charges will also be refunded.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
