For your convenience you may return items from your order within 30 days of purchase.  In order to process your return you will need to contact our customer service at 801.466.4424 to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number.  We are unable to process returns without an RMA Number.  

Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.   Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

All items must be in new, saleable condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.  

Holiday and Seasonal item returns such as Halloween, Easter and Thanksgiving must be received in our warehouse 7 days prior to the holiday to be eligible for a refund.

How to Return and item

All returns being shipped back to us require a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number.

Ensure that your RMA Number is visible on the outside of your package.  All returns must be sent via a trackable method so that your package can be tracked and ensure receipt at our facility.  Returns may take up to two weeks to process.  Returns should be sent to:
