STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard orders usually ship within two business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending payment authorization and verification.  Any items out of stock will be removed from your order and you will be notified via email.

We ship UPS or USPS (UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes). Transit time depends on the shipping method you select business days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated depending on your order total. At the time of checkout, the different shipping methods and prices will be shown for your selection. Standard Delivery is guaranteed in 10 business days. Select Delivery is guaranteed in 6 business days. Express Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days if placed before 12:00PM EST. Premium Delivery is guaranteed in 1 business day if placed before 12:00PM EST. Premium, Express and Select orders are given priority in processing. Additional shipping fees apply for Life-Size standups and other large items. Check items for details. Standups are shipped FedEx.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Shipping fees are based on your order total. Some products require additional shipping. Additional shipping charges will be indicated on the product info page if applicable. To see final shipping charges simply add all your desired items to your cart and the shipping will be calculated for you to see at the bottom of the shopping cart page. $10.00 additional shipping applies to all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories.

RETURN POLICY

All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in original packaging or no refund will be issued. In order for us to process your return you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Orders without RMA # will not be issued a refund.

Any orders eligible for a return will allow you to request an RMA instantly. Return shipments must be received by our staff within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. Returns received after 30 days will not be processed.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

SHIPPING POLICY

1.  Expected delivery is an estimate of order processing and transit times. Dates in bold are expected delivery dates if your order is placed immediately. Please make sure your order is not needed before the bold date for the shipping method you select. Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

2.  Express and Overnight orders must be placed by Noon (12:00 PM) EST to be shipped the same business day. Orders received after Noon EST will be processed the following business day.

3.  We do not currently provide Overnight, Express, or Priority ground services to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

4.  Due to the size and weight of some items, a special handling charge may be added to your order.

5.  Some items are excluded from express delivery services. If an excluded item is in your cart, none of your items can be express shipped. Please place a separate order for items not qualified for express delivery.

6.  Please supply both UPS and USPS addresses if they are different. Any package returned to usnovelty.com due to the receiver not being available for receipt or due to a USPS undeliverable address being supplied will require an additional shipping charge.
